The effectiveness of the developing in the new century prefabricated construction is determined by the new technologies that are characterized with application of the most modern natural materials with minimal or no chemical processing and additives; use of wood that cannot be imitated regarding its bearing capacity, weight, durability and price; minimal number of wet processes. PRICE?
The price of one prefabricated house in determined depending on the chosen elements, their material, the type of the coating, the degree of finalization and the type of the finalization works. All these parameters are chosen by the customer.

TECHNOLOGY?
Initially in factory conditions are fabricated the panels depending on their thickness, structure and configuration, determined by the individual project of the building. The pipes for the internal water-supply system and electrical installation are mounted inside the panels. The first step of the construction process begins with the preparation of concrete substructures on which the prepared modules are assembled. At the construction site are also assembled the prefabricated roofing elements and is made the roof lathing, conformable to the material that is chosen by the customer.
The finalizing works of the house depending on the individual project include different types of floor (terracotta, linoleum, parquet, wooden flooring etc.) and wall (faience, latex, sheeting with timber) coverings. The outer plaster with or without additional heat insulation of extruded polystyrene (ESP) or expanded polystyrene (XPS).

Standard or individual – the decision is yours! Our company aims at helping the customers in the development of their own visions for a house and stimulates the work according to individual projects.

TERRAIN?
The prefabricated houses can be constructed on all kinds of terrains, near the sea or in the mountain, not depending on the atmospheric conditions of the region, and there is another advantage – the houses are not permanently connected to the terrain and that is why they are preferred in case of: rented terrains, terrains with conceded right for construction; weak and unstable terrains; national parks; floating platforms; everywhere where the construction is not strictly forbidden.
The company accepts orders for construction on the whole territory of the country as well as abroad. The necessary conditions are there to be a road for transporting the elements and also there to be electricity and water.

ECOLOGICAL?
With economy of energy at production and processing of the materials, as well as at the construction itself.
With wooden and other natural materials and with minimal or no chemical processing and additives.

HEAT INSULATION?
Multilayer panel with wooden bearing structure and additional insulation guarantee the lower consumption of energy of these buildings.

SOUND INSULATION?
Wall and floor elements of high density repulsing the noise and noise absorbing materials /wood, plaster hardwood and mineral wool/ guarantee the sound insulation.

FIRE RESISTANCE?
The panels are produced of incombustible and fire resisting materials. The used wooden material does not change its bearing capacity at high temperature.

MOISTURE RESISTANCE?
The water absorption of the materials is within several percents at 24 hour stay in water. The impregnation of the wooden materials protects them against fungi, mould and other wood pests.

EARTHQUAKE?
The wood is extremely elastic and solid material. All joints can bear a certain displacement without falling apart, and the lower weight of the construction contributes to lower powers of inertia.

DURABILITY?
The wood that is used for the constructions is with such quality that does not have any diseases and pests. It is compulsory dried in chambers at high temperature and as a result of this all pests are destroyed. In some cases an additional impregnation is made. The practice shows that buildings with wooden structure are being used successfully for more than 100 years.

TERM OF CONSTRUCTION?
Up to two months for projecting, production and installation, depending on the size of the building and the degree of finalization. Construction that is not dependable on the meteorological conditions.
